Endurance Ride - 75min

Mobility. Dynamics, stretching, and foam rolling etc. Continue to take care of your body. Eat well, hydrate well, and sleep well.

Climbing Skills: 3 x 6min UPHILL/3min DOWNHILL
Today, we are going to work on ascending or climbing skills. Perform the intervals on a climb. For recovery, descend downhill easy.Climbing Skills Focus (during intervals): • Start climbs in the right gear (don’t wait too long to shift- be proactive) • Stay seated for most of the climb • Briefly stand (10–20 sec) to change muscle load • Keep upper body relaxed • Maintain traction—smooth pedal strokes, think 'efficiency'

Perform on rolling terrain or a route with a few climbs. Continue to practice climbing skills. Start to build climbing endurance.

All of our training plans are hosted through the platform TrainingPeaks. Upon purchasing one of our plans, you’ll create an account with TrainingPeaks and access the plan via desktop or mobile app.

With our training plans, you get access for life. This means that you can use the training plan for as many cycles as you wish, year after year.

This varies between plans but it is often recommended that you have access to a gym.

Of course! Plenty of our athletes live nowhere near mountains. We make a point of giving a variety of training options in each of our plans.
