Course Description
A strong, healthy body is essential for success in the mountains—whether you’re pushing through a demanding running objective or recovering for back-to-back powder days. Mobility & Recovery for Mountain Athletes is a progressive, at-home, video-based program designed and taught by Bozeman-based yoga instructor Nico Hurley to support both pre-season preparation and in-season maintenance. More than general stretching, this program is built specifically for mountain athletes to improve strength, mobility, and long-term durability in the mountains.
