A strong, healthy body is fundamental to achieving success in the mountains. Whether that is success in the form of completing a strenuous running objective or managing to recover effectively for back to back days of powder skiing. Tuning the body up is critical for pre-season prep and in-season maintenance.
Mobility + Recovery For Mountain Athletes is an at-home, progressive, video-based, self-guided program designed taught by Bozeman based Yoga Instructor Nico Hurley.
This is not simply a course on general stretching. This a program that has been specifically designed with mountain athletes in mind to increase your strength & mobility in the mountains.
Mobility + Recovery For Mountain Athletes includes multiple flows for strength & mobility, active recovery, core activations, yin yoga, vinyasa as well as for meditation. These are broken down by the sport they are specific to. This results in a comprehensive product with over seven hours of at-home programs for skiing and trail running.

Meet Your Instructor.
With years of experience as both a dedicated yoga teacher and an avid skier, Nico has designed this series to help skiers build strength, flexibility, and resilience on and off the slopes. Her background in yoga allows her to create sequences tailored to the physical demands of skiing, focusing on stability, balance, and mindful movement to prevent injury, enhance performance and allow recovery. This series combines Nico’s passion for yoga and her love for skiing, bringing together practices that will support you through every turn, run, and season on the mountain.
